Studio fSP led a community planning process for the Lower Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The plan is focused on guiding the revitalization of the existing mixed-use retail corridor through a combination of development guidelines, infrastructure recommendations and streetscape and open space improvements. The project also explored reconnecting the neighborhood to the Allegheny river. For the project Studio fSP led a public process to analyze, explore options and make recommendations for the district.
